Clients currently pay Go To Court a flat $195 booking and arrangement fee for a requested one-hour consultation. Matching remains subject to licensing, availability, conflict checks and your acceptance. You charge the client nothing for that first consultation.
Your commitment is one complimentary one-hour consultation per accepted client. Go To Court does not take a percentage of your legal fees. Any ongoing work requires your own compliant engagement and fee agreement with the client.

What does it cost to join?
Joining the Go To Court network is completely free. There is no registration fee and no monthly obligation on the Network tier. Priority and AI Partner tiers involve a small monthly fee — full details are provided when you register.
Do you charge a referral fee or take a percentage of my fees?
Go To Court currently charges clients a flat $195 booking and arrangement fee and does not take a percentage of an attorney's legal fees. Network participation and any paid technology or notification service remain subject to the professional-responsibility rules that apply in the attorney's jurisdiction.
What is my commitment to the network?
For every consultation request you accept, you provide one complimentary one-hour consultation. You remain responsible for licensing, conflict checks, matter acceptance, advice and any ongoing engagement. You are under no obligation to take on ongoing work.
What is CabRank?
CabRank is our matter management platform for law firms. Priority members use it to receive, review and manage matched matters — including a client dashboard, file notes, time entries and communication tools. It is included in the Priority tier at no extra cost.

Which states are launching first?
Consultation requests are accepted nationwide, but actual matching depends on an appropriately licensed attorney's availability, conflict checks and acceptance. We are building coverage across all 50 states, and registration helps us contact suitable attorneys as requests become available.
