By using Go To Court, you acknowledge the distinction between general AI information, an attorney consultation request and legal representation.

General information service

Go To Court is not a law firm and the AI assistant is not a lawyer. Information is provided on a general basis without a guarantee that it is complete, current or suitable for your matter.

Consultation requests

A booking submission is a request to arrange a one-hour consultation. Matching remains subject to attorney licensing, availability, conflict checks and acceptance. A consultation does not include ongoing representation unless separately agreed with the attorney.

Fees and booking issues

The current fee shown at checkout is $195. Any additional legal work is outside that fee and requires a separate agreement. If a booking cannot be fulfilled as confirmed, contact Go To Court promptly on 1-844-482-0277 so the booking can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate contact and matter information.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content.
Do not treat the hotline as an emergency service or rely on it to protect a deadline.

Liability and governing rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Go To Court is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on general information or for an independent attorney's professional services.
