Transparent matching
How Lawyer Matching Works
We use the caller's jurisdiction, practice area, urgency and the participating attorney's stated availability to seek an appropriate consultation match.
Matching factors
- State licensing and geographic coverage.
- Relevant practice area.
- Stated availability and response time.
- Conflicts and matter acceptance confirmed by the attorney.
What a match does not mean
A match is not a guarantee of outcome, quality or ongoing representation. Go To Court is not a court, bar regulator or law firm. The attorney remains independently responsible for professional duties, advice, conflicts and engagement terms.
Commercial relationships
Attorneys do not pay Go To Court a percentage of legal fees. Some may subscribe to separate technology or notification services. Any paid service must not substitute for licensing, practice-area, availability or conflict requirements.
